Screen Exposure

Characteristics

• This scanner-type screen exposure has the function of automatically transferring the light source which exposes the photo sensitizer by penetrating the pattern film horizontally and parallel with it.
• Connected to the conveyor belt where light source is fixed, and wound to a pair of pulley positioned at regular intervals, and automatically transferred parallel with the patter film.
• Light source is on the conveyor belt to be transferred from side to side repeatedly. Accordingly, a distance from light source to pattern film is always same to irradiate with regular light intensity for a given period and to offer about 200% of productivity improvement.
• Uniform printing is possible by exposing with the same light intensity by moving light source to control the generation of burr from printed product and to improve about 200% of screen and quality improvement.
• With compact structure and easy maintenance, this can be operated even by a beginner.
